2. Why do you wish to be the head of this particular organization?
2.1 It was my first organization to join in since I was born in this city at the age of 5 and as a doctor I always wanted to be leader of EMS and lead it to make sure its always on top. And I have been honored to be a deputy of EMS for two terms which ran successfully. I have encountered with all the situations with no issues. Will make sure the chain of command is being followed by all the employees.
2.2 I have served around 8 terms in EMS and have knowledge from basic to all the way around EMS and interaction with other organization as an EMS. Also will make sure the professionalism remains the first priority around the organization. I first joined EMS under the leadership of Mike Shakespeare and climbed my ranks and then climbed up to HC position in Zoro Nexus term. I have worked and experienced under multiple leaderships and have grabbed all the leadership qualities required to run the EMS. This is why I want to be the leader of EMS and run the organization from the values I have gained throughout !
2.3 I will make sure my entire HC team is composed of excellent well deserved employees who will give their time and efforts to support me and my term, I will make sure no one is directed by favoritism in the entire organisation. Will make sure the work ethics and the code of conduct is followed by all the employees to make sure the organization runs smoothly.
3. Your recommendations for enhancing RolePlay level in the company.
3.1 I want to organize one to one consultancy program where citizens can approach a doctor in PH and get assistance on their health condition regularly and get a report on the vitamins and bool group and supplements required for healthy living.
3.2 I will change the process of hosting blood donation campaign and medical campaign and make it more realistic rather then doing in a open place like GOV or EMS parking where there no privacy and safety. We will organize it in the well equipped operation theater in the Pillbox Hill hospital.
3.3 I will be changing Chief of department ( COD ) to Chief of DOCTORS (COD), they will be responsible for the respective allotted departments ( FTO, RO, AS, MD, LT, HR) to make sure everything runs smoothly in each department and all the employees under them are intact.
