1. Leader of the Emergency Medical Service
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 I'm so happy to be the EMS leader because I really care about keeping our city safe and being able to handle tough medical cases with confidence. My experience in EMS has given me good training and exposure to all the basic and advanced protocols. I know how to get my team together to build our department and make sure that staff get along. My dedication will make sure that the organization's standards are met and that the people of Los Santos get good service.
2.2 As a leader, I want to improve how all departments (Labtech, Training, Hospital Services, Field Operations, ARO, FTO, and HR) work together and get things done. There will be weekly departmental meetings to talk about problems and give awards to team members who deserve them during promotion ceremonies. We will carefully choose people for high command positions, including long interviews and personalized leadership training. I will personally do the FTO interviews and training to make sure that new hires get the best training possible.
2.3 I know that the EMS could be better, especially when it comes to working together and talking to each other. To deal with this, I'll set up regular internal meetings, work on improving relationships between staff members, and change staff assignments based on time zones so that FTOs are always available and present. I will make sure that there is always a member of High Command in the lobbies to watch over things and make sure everything goes well.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
As I said before, I will be personally involved in hiring for High Command and FTO positions so that we can keep roleplay strict by doing strict screenings. New employees will get a lot of training that will continue over time to make sure they follow the rules of the server and give players realistic, immersive experiences. I will also tell high commands and FTOs to hire staff with good microphones so they can interact better with patients.
There will always be dedicated High Command to handle roleplay situations well and encourage cooperation between organizations in cases like hostage situations or urban crises. I will make sure that there is always someone in charge by rotating HC tasks between the day shift and the night shift. I will also make sure that on-duty and off-duty relationships are professional to improve the overall quality of roleplay.
