Hello administration team,
I have been banned 8 months ago permanently, for not following rules GR 1.7 and GR 1.9, personally I did not understand these rules and I made a mistake when transferring these items and evaded tax. I have been permanently banned even tho these two rules are a total of 120 (60+60). I believe more than 7 months have passed since I got permanently banned and I would like to appeal and ask for an unban, I have learned from my mistakes and such things won't happen again.
If this appeal gets accepted, I accept any form of wipe, including money, cars, items and anything else, as I only want to play with my friends that I have been playing with for the past multiple years.
