Why i you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to have the experience of leading this organization to test my capabilities as a leader since I've had many experiences in the city, both as a gang member and as a law enforcement officer. But I find myself more drawn to the legal side, with its many forms of RP and the possibilities for creativity within it. That's why I want to lead this organization as one with authority and capabilities that I can utilize effectively in RP.
my advice for improving the RP level in the organization.
Ill seek to address and avoid the problems suffered by previous leaders, such as toxicity and internal/external problems, and take strict actions to ensure the organization success.
Ill attract the largest number of officers, appoint highly experienced and dynamic individuals to high command positions , and create internal competition between them within the framework of the organization activities and the fight against crime.
Establishing a promotion system based on completing a number of tasks and daily participation in events.
No evidence of previous experience is recognized. Reliance will be placed solely on the results of the interview submitted by the HR department, for which specific questions will be prepared.
