Wish Adii was born to a poor family. Her parents were working-class people, both of whom worked in the Emergency Medical Services (EMS). wAfter completing his medical studies. She worked hard as a junior surgeon in EMS. So after seeing the hard work of Wish Adii EMS chief offered her that she would stay in EMS and serve the citizens as a Head of Surgeons. She was the head surgeon in EMS. After becoming head surgeon, her financial condition was very good. Her father was very proud of her; she achieved all her dreams, like cars, a mansion, and many more. After achieving this much in her life, she wasn't happy as she wanted more, so she started participating in illegal activities off duty. Consequently, Wish Adii began engaging in illegal activities during his time off from the hospital, such as committing murders for money, robbing ATMs, growing cannabis, selling illegal guns, and many more. And now her life becomes interesting because she also has a job in a hospital, and when she is off duty from the hospital then she also does illegal things.
