I am talking to the player with ID number 138180 here, the player with ID number 81533 is not involved in the incident, and even though I am not talking to him, he is opening the forum for me and I am being penalized. The rule violation I committed against him was only CR, but I was penalized under GR 3.1–3.2 and GR 6.19. For me to receive these penalties, the player with ID number 138180 would have had to open a forum from their own perspective, but the forum was opened by the player with ID number 81533, who is not involved in the incident. I had previously opened such a forum, but it was rejected because I was not involved. I am requesting a re-examination.
