2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
The first main reason to why I want to lead Vagos is because I want to run a organisation that isn't just fun but has a great impact on the server by providing continuous role-playing scenarios day to day and giving everyone a great role-playing experience even to newer players.
Secondly, I want to make Vagos not only an active organization but to give lower ranking members the opportunities that I hadn't received when I was at the same level. Nowadays, the lower ranking individuals of your gang don't get to participate in negotiations or rarely get to rob anyone so that's one of the reasons to why I am applying because I want to give that someone a chance to prove themselves.
Thirdly, I want to takeover the ghetto by achieving 100% territories and marking myself as the best gang.
My advice for improving the roleplay?
I believe that being active day to day will benefit the roleplay on this server. If you constantly are doing events or situations, it will attract a lot of newer players to join in more and continue playing on the server.
Rewarding your own gangs members can really help as this will get them to attend events and keep the organisation active.
