As you can see in the above pov that someone has insulted me and my relatives in ic text message whos phone number is 3256325 .. according to Gr.3.1 Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited |Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days.
In first he broke this rule and second Gr.3.2 which is Any relatives should not be mentioned in all chats, including voice | Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days. So he broke this 2 rules according to the provide pov.

Dear Admin
According to the provide pov i have checked the phone no. And it's this guy ashyper this guys have so much past punishment in his acc. As much I have analyse that this player is insulting many one in the server. Here is some past pov provided by different players .

As you can see in these pov's this guy have insulted many players and got ban for 7 days once but he doesn't understand his mistake. He is doing again and again the same mistake.

Requesting admis to react to this incidence very carefully according to his punishment history.

Dear Admin,
if u understand the situation than say give full pov evidence as u can check he have also soo many forums and abuse this player to everyone and these guys add fam members and take stuffs and than kick out the family also u can check their family logs.
