2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Since i joined the grp server i am in legal orgs staying there gained more experience in many different department and knows about many situations and how to deal with it. after working in many different organization legal organizations i have come to know about the responsibilities of a LEO organization leader and after spending much terms in LSPD and gaining this much experience High Command experience i think now i can step and apply for leader because there are many important and major things that needs to be fixed first is Respect of junior officers i have noticed that when ever a junior needs help in something the High Command behavior and response in this case is very rude i will make sure that if i get the term there will be no disrespect everyone will be dealed equally and i will provide a friendly environment in which everyone will enjoy and enjoy RP more and more as they can and this will increase the RP in organization too.
Second thing is most important thing is favoritism i have seen this that whenever there is a lot of favoritism issue in Just not in LSPD in many different legal orgs to i will make sure that if i get the term there will be no favoritism everyone will get ranks according to their ex experiences because i have seen that people get higher ranks if they even dont have experience in LEGAL organization or i can say any Legal organization i will make sure that if i get the term there will be no rank chaser or a thing like that and i have planed with my deputies to if i get the term i will do as much internal events as much i can do which will help the term to be active 24/7 and there will be no issue of inactiveness
I will also do some changes in HRT department and in training of a newly hired officers which they can easily understand and this will build a confidence in them to take a help full decision in many different situations which will help us to win every fight and which will increase the RP more in the organization i will hired as much experience officers in HRT department so that they can hire more peoples to the org and do at least 3 open recruitment per day as we all now HRT department plays a very important role in the activeness of a organization. i will also give many different and interesting tasks to every department which they need to complete before the week end which will build a curiosity in them and they will be active as much they can.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
First is i will try to have best communications with other organization legal organization because if we have great and good communication with other organizations i will help a lot in making different kinds of decision even in worst moments which will again help the organization to win every fight in every situation because having a good communication with others orgs is best key for the organization success
Second thing is that in the start of a term i have seen that every department is active but as per time pass and term comes to the end the every department have less activity as expected especially in PR department i will make sure that they will do PR event everyday and attract with citizens more and more with different kinds of ideas which will make every one happy and more curios to attend a PR event. and i will also make sure that everyone will get their justice accordantly so every one can enjoy RP more and more and their will less chances of misconducts.

SWAT:
SWAT {Special Weapons And Tactics} is a special team which Respond to every Situation which is not handled by normal Leos there job is to protect and fight against dangerous criminals and gangs they also use special types of weapon which they are only allowed to use
PR:
PR {Public Relations} is a team which organizes different events for civilian of Los Santos their job is to make more creative events and attract with civilians as much as they can . there main priority is make and lead different events
HRT
HRT {Human Resources and training} their job is one of the most important job in the whole organization their job is to hire new officers to the organization and also their job is to train them regarding to rules of this organization. they also take interviews of newbies
IA {Internal Affairs}
IA {Internal Affairs} is another very important department in the whole organization there job is to caught and deal with different cases and keep the corruption away from this organization there is to kept their eyes on different units if they are specious that they are involve in criminal activity their job is to investigate it and caught them.
TE {Traffic enforcement}
TE {Traffic enforcement} is the second most important department in SAHP because their main job is to clean the city from the cars which are illegally parked and their job is also to give fines and and toe the cars and make the city clean as they can and their job is also to petrol the highway and find if there is any criminal activity going on the highway
