Ans:- 2.1 I have been experience in lot of organization such as all leos and gangs, i was 37th Chief of Emergency Medical service. I join LSPD when I was too new in city with my hard work and dedication in organization I got promotion. Then I was inspector I learned hrt and swat department. I was added then I work and Hc of Swat I caused swat department and in ex chief Sir Rowdy term I was Deputy Head Of Swat.
2.2 I work as deputy Head of Swat department I was leading a swat department to do and city can see the power of swat in every 24/7 I lot swat offers we worked together, we did 3 ghetto portal in a week using the power of swat department and heavy weapons. I also worked as HRT and got promotion as HC of HRT did a lot of helps as be a High Command of HRT and SWAT.
2.3 I have the knowledge and ability to lead the organization , being as chief of EMS I know how the leadership work and situation how handle it I have make sure LSPD also active organization the city, I will make sure that 3 gp in every week all Interesting events we will be did now will be leading a best organization in city 100% crime will have to make sure.

3.1 First is i will try to have best think that help to improve the human resource and training (HRT) the main department in LSPD we have to make sure the new join officer know the roleplays so we can improve the roleplay experience with good knowledge like store robs ghetto petrol and comfortable with every situation.
3.2 I have to make sure that we have interesting events and also ic events did to improve the role play experience, we will do the lot of fun who over work with lspd also the citizen they will never forget it in the Los Santos.
