I have been Senior Administrator on DE02 for a considerable time. During my time as an administrator I have been constantly harassed as well as attacked personally by said deputy chief administrator. In order to find peace and finally spending more than one week without being insulted, I decided to leave the team due to personal differences with server management. I have never talked negatively or insulting about the server, the project or DE02 Administration team in general - I saw the personal differences between the deputy Chief and me as the sole reason for me having no place in said specific administration team.
After I left the team I found myself still being harassed and insulted by said deputy chief which led me to escalate writing this complaint.
English is obviously not my first language and i refuse to use AI programs to help me translate the following conversation, so please excuse me if some sentences are not translated 100% grammatically correct, I will focus on contextual transparency, not word-by-word correctness.

Its important to understand, during that conversation I already left the team. I lost friends I worked with for over a year. Hence, I was rather emotional in my writing and wrote “what do you want from my balls” numerous times. However I didnt see any reason for still being professional towards the person, who insulted me during my whole administrative time and still annoys me in my dms after I already left the team with completely random accusations.

This is in no way me trying to make myself stand out as the better person or a professional ex-admin trying to get back into a position of project officiality. I just genuinely feel insulted and treated wrongly here. I enjoy participating in the project - I’ve sacrificed tons of personal time, nerves and energy towards this project and I intend to keep doing so. However, I do not intend to keep being harassed by project officials after I specifically left the team in order to not further endanger team-harmony.
Being insulted in such a way to me has nothing to do with professionalism and being a figurehead of this project.
I know for a fact, this has not been the first time, said specific deputy chief has crossed lines of personal integrity. Numerous times this administrator has used his position to belittle players or administrators, who to him are below his intelligence.
To me, that's a shame.
This project should be a place to get away from personal problems, turn off and come down from maybe hard times in our own real lifes.
Being insulted for not having anything besides this project in my personal life by a project official really hurt. I want to enjoy this project and everything it brings to the table, I don’t want to be harassed by a project official who doesn't like me personally.
