1. Leader of... LifeInvader
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
A) I’ve grown from being an ADs intern to the Deputy of LifeInvader, and I’m very thankful for the chance to serve this great organization. Taking on the Deputy role came at the ideal time. It allowed me to show my skills and demonstrate that I can lead and make a real contribution to the team. I now understand that leading this organization, like others, is more about responsibility than reward. It involves serving the team, setting a good example, and always working to support those around you. I am ready to give my best and help the organization move forward.
B) Applying for LifeInvader was an easy decision. I don't want to reinvent the organisation but I want to elevate it, make it stronger to ensure it has a lasting impact. Since stepping into my Deputy role in Frank's term, my vision has been simple. I want to push LifeInvader to new and exciting boundaries. I want to break the barriers of "what if" and change it to "do it". This hunger for progress in LifeInvader is not about personal validation or to feed my ego, but to make a change in the current society and bring the organisation to the future as we live it.
C) I am not alone in this vision, I feel I have inspired others to see this and it's shown in the support and feedback received when sharing this with the people who I have formed a bond with inside the organisation itself. The experienced high commands who have stood together during my time as Deputy and given constructive criticism when needed and saw the goals I was reaching for. Their trust, expert advice and dedication have been influential in shaping LifeInvader's progress already, and with their support I know that I can make this idea a real, achievable path to the future of the organisation. Together, we will bring these visions to life and make LifeInvader bigger, better and built to last.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
ADs
The city never sleeps, and neither does the ADs department. While we can't expect to be perfect 100% of the time, 99.99% is pretty close. My aim is to ensure I have an ADs department that know how to share the workload, day and night, including exercising the use of constructive criticism to help shape our Interns, Junior Editors and higher to ensure precision in AD creation. I want to show Los Santos that LifeInvader are around day and night, tsunami to tsunami to allow businesses and citizens connect as much as they wish. Promotions, bonuses and opportunities remain at the centre of what we do, and I want to attract those who never settle for only average. My high commands will always be on hand to fulfil certainty that everything runs with minimal to zero errors, keeping clients satisfied and keeping our reputation as the unrivalled force in the industry.
Events
Los Santos thrives on good times and better memories. I want to take the party scene to a whole other level. As we push forward into an era where people love a good party, LifeInvader will be ready to lead the charge. Within the Events team, will be a team of DJs, Party Planners, Event planners - a powerhouse team that will dedicate their time into making every occasion something that people can't stop talking about. This excitement won't be confined to the windows and doors of LifeInvader, but will be spread across the city. I don't want to just host events, I want to create movement, shape the party culture and set the standard for what unforgettable looks like.
HR&IA
I want to merge these 2 departments into one with two leads—one focusing on IA, the other on HR. To show that the department is combined, I'd like to rename it as "Internal & Human Affairs (IHA)". The idea is to bring everything together, from background checks and employment contracts to weekly reports and making sure training gets done properly. This is simply to ensure things run smoothly, fairly and efficiently. They will make sure high commands stay on top of their responsibilities when it comes to training and mentoring new interns after passing their tests, making sure Junior Editors-Senior Editors and news interns-lead reporters are happy, comfortable in their position and feel that they can reach their targets. It's about creating better teamwork, organisation and having a better oversight so nothing slips through the cracks.
News
The News department is a crucial department to LifeInvader. It keeps the city connected to the happenings in and around Los Santos and Blaine County. The team formed will have unwavering commitment and dedication in covering stories that matter. Good or bad, they will get the news out. Our Head of News will bring in new voices while training our seasoned reporters to host and produce engaging podcast shows. These will take place right in the LifeInvader HQ studio, drawing in guests, city personalities, and fresh perspectives. From light-hearted entertainment to serious city-wide updates, we’re taking news beyond the headlines and making it an experience people want to be part of. Excitement, insight, and conversation—Los Santos deserves news that keeps up with the times. LifeInvader isn’t just reporting events. We’re shaping how people hear them.
