1. Being a leader means earning respect not just within the gang, but within the streets. I want to lead so I can protect my people and have say in what happens in our territory.
2. I have a clear vision for where we need to go and do smarter moves and be more organised to achieve victory within the streets.
3. A gang without structure falls apart. Ive seen people chase victory with no plan and end up in defeat. I want to lead because. I know in the long run i will leave a lasting impact not just in the gang but within the streets.
4. Some people see gangs as reckless and uncontrolled and I want to change that,I want to lead in a way that shows we have structure, discipline, and purpose,
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.,
My advice for improving the roleplay is that i will do as many IC events as i can everyday. Fz, store robbery, store robbery with hostage, gun store robbery and more.
