First of all i would like to mention im doing this appeal because i didnt deceive or lie to any admin.
4 days ago, when i was playing normally i got banned for 30 days by Dave Hill for deceiving admins. Obviously, i went and dmed him. I learned that i got banned because i didnt provide an information which wasnt directly asked to me. Here is what happened from my side: Last Sunday with the new turf season, i played 5 gang turfs in the Marabunta gang. Then i decided to leave and play for Bloods with my friends. Next turf day which was Monday, i played with my twink acocunt with ID 440975 which was named Yolo Six in that time. The opposite gang also knew i was playing in Bloods (especially deputies from them) I was very good friends with the opposite gangs deputy Serhat, i played 8 months straight in same gangs with him so he would never report me for such rule. But after i fully got information from admin named Lord Sumit, i got to know i cant play turfs even with twink. Im a person whos participating in gang turfs faction more than 10 months but i didnt have full knowledge about this rule because before this 2 turf seasons, people in gangs or even the admins was not looking at this rule at all. Tell me if im wrong but people didnt even know about this rule including me. After that, i fully stopped turfing and waited for my turf cooldown to end. At Friday, it was my last day of cooldown, and the 3 days were ended. So I DMed Dave and asked him if im able to turf in Bloods now. Here is screenshot: . He told me im able to play so i obviously started to play. The next day, i got banned for deceiving admins (there was no more conversation made after). He told me if i mentioned i played turf in Bloods at Monday with that question i asked , it wouldnt be counted as deceiving admin. Here is what he said to me please translate to turkish or see with turk admin: I always thought only deputies and leaders of the gangs can report me from capture flood, and such capture rulebreaks cannot be reported from personal dms at all. Even if they reported me from dms, i didnt deceive him in ANY way for sure. He just banned me for something i didnt mention, but this thing wasnt even asked to me. And even if i mentioned this at that time, it wouldnt even change the outcome of my question.
I dont think i deceive him because this question was not directly asked to me, and i had no intenion to deceive anyone because their turf deputies WOULDNT report me anyway. I wonder in which way i deceived him/lied to him. Because i never saw anyone getting banned for deceiving for a thing like this. Banning me for 30 days for such small thing, which is not even in my hand at all. I dont think its fair. All the information i gave here is fully correct and i didnt delete/edit or changed anything from the dm conversations.Im a person who was deputy of turfs in most of the succesfull gangs, and in those gangs i never had any problem with any curator/or i never got any gang in trouble. My twink was already known by them and this screenshot: already proves it. I had no reason to hide my twink, it was both known by senior curator of crime and their turf deputy.
