Akash you need to learn rules, even if you got bounty order you cannot kill someone directly, before killing someone you much approach him/her and and speak or type in chat this "sir/mam i got your bounty im here to kill you" otherwise killing is considered as RDM.

Thats not how RP works buddy , as you can take example from real life , assassination of any guy needs to be sneeky ! And the murderer should not expose his cover by saying i have order and i will kill you !

Listen man you have no idea about server rules. if you have bounty order you have to tell that you have bounty order, This rule has been made to prevent the misuse of bounty — otherwise, anyone could commit RDM under the umbrella of a bounty order. stop misusing bounty feature. follow the proper rules.
