1. Leader of National Guard

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?

2.1 Why the National Guard Specifically?

Having served in nearly every major organization both as a normal employee and as part of the High Command I’ve gained a wealth of experience in managing departments, handling operations, and effectively leading teams. Throughout my journey, I’ve come to understand the inner workings of organizational management and employee coordination on a deep level.

I have seen recently a disturbing trend: the National Guard has been remarkably idle through several terms. Public interest in membership has decreased, and former leadership groups have had trouble with fundamental tasks like overseeing ammo runs and keeping operations efficient. These problems have slowly eroded the National Guard's visibility and status in the city.

I think this organization has unrealized potential and is worthy of revitalization. With the chance to command, I will breathe new life into the National Guard through a reliable, competent, and extremely cooperative team behind me. Together, we'll restore honor, activity, and vibrancy to it—returning it to the level it should be.

2.2 Creating an Optimistic Environment: -

I take pride in my capability to create a good and decent environment in any organization I head. Being a good listener, I listen attentively to each viewpoint before reaching a decision. This open style of governance resolves conflicts, improves morale, and gives rise to a healthy, encouraging environment for everyone.

2.3 Encouraging Teamwork: -

Collaboration is the pillar of a successful organization. I already possess a well-educated, committed team that is willing to walk alongside me in commanding the National Guard. We shall lead every High Command member on how to work together harmoniously, communicate freely, and work with respect towards one another. Our aim is unification, effectiveness, and collective vision for success.

3. Your advice for improving the Role-Play level in the organization: -

1. Activity & Engagement: -
To keep the National Guard active and vibrant, I’ll ensure that every member has a defined role and regular responsibilities. By introducing creative tasks and engaging missions, we’ll maintain motivation and excitement throughout the ranks.

2. Professionalism: -
Respect and professionalism will be the hallmark of our training. All members will be held accountable to conduct themselves in a disciplined, respectful manner when dealing with citizens and other organizations. Our external reputation will reflect internal values.

3. Realistic Roleplay: -

I will institute role-specific training and certification procedures for each department to guarantee that every member is furnished with the know-how and skills necessary to fulfill their roles with realism and immersion. Our RP will be authentic and grounded, ranging from tactical operations to routine base activities.

Departments Under My NG Term:

▪ Department of Human Resources: -
In charge of recruiting, training, activity log monitoring, and soldier rank management. This department sees to the development and discipline of all NG members.

▪ Department of Military Police: -
Acting as the NG Internal Affairs department, they will maintain discipline, professional ethics, and license checks. They will also patrol the base to prevent any illegal activities.

▪ Department of Special Forces: -
Our tactical special force team, dealing with high-risk operations like store robberies and hostage situations. They'll serve as the NG's SWAT team equivalent, poised to respond quickly and strategically.

▪ Department of Air Force: -
Charged with patrolling the perimeter of the base and surveying suspicious gang activity. During emergencies like hostage crises, FZ raids, they'll offer aerial cover and recon to direct ground forces.

▪ Department of Public Relations: -
This unit will hold public activities to encourage citizens and increase interest to join the NG. They will establish and sustain good relations with other organizations to augment the presence and image of NG within the city.
