For Senior State Curator Review
Hello, I was recently deputy blacklisted for what I was told to be "favoritism" and given a warning for GZ 1.1 by Onur Hollow. I would like to take a moment to explain myself for both punishments and ask for forgiveness or removal from this blacklist and a chance to be deputy again.
For the "favoritism" claim for promoting Paras Bisht | 437387 to Chief of Staff of Human Resources and Training and Owen Wildi | 462007 and Canny Getup | 461798 to Captain of Human Resources and Training. So originally I was given complaints about inactivity during morning hours and lack of numbers on duty and attending events by Onur Hollow in curator chat. After giving Human Resources and Training multiple chances to fix this, I was given a warning by Onur Hollow yet again to fix this, or we may face further punishment of the organization. In a panic to help the org and fix the issues that were prominent, I promoted Paras Bisht | 437387 to Chief of Staff of Human Resources and Training and Owen Wildi | 462007 and Canny Getup | 461798 to Captain of Human Resources and Training. I made this decision because I was told by multiple people that I trust that he does good work for the org and great work in Human Resources and Training. After looking into it, I saw proof and a good work ethic from all three people and was told that they work great together, so I decided to give Owen Wildi | 462007 and Canny Getup | 461798 a trial period as captain to see if they would uphold their great work and help fix the issues in the org, and they did! They were doing great! Although the proof acquired for Paras Bisht | 437387 in NG does not directly translate to SAHP experience. It does, however, prove that he has had HC experience and that he has been in orgs doing great work for some time. My intention was never favoritism when promoting them to these positions; in fact, I do not like favoritism and often punished it harshly when running IA in the past. I made this decision because I saw how well they work and because we desperately needed help with the HRT department and the organization was at risk, and I wanted to fix it! I would also like to add that these promotions were reversed, and we were already punished for this with an organizational warning, and a new HRT team was brought into the organization. So the organization had already received a punishment for "favoritism." And feel free to check the logs of Owen Wildi | 462007 and Canny Getup | 461798 and any other organizational logs to see the great work that they did for the organization.
For the GZ 1.1 punishment, I unfortunately do not have POV of this because I do not record POV off duty in order to preserve storage space to be able to record when I am on duty. I would still like to try to explain myself for this too. I was hanging out at HQ with friends, and my friend Jackie Nova | 414651 told me in a VC that he was bugged, so I killed him in an attempt to help him because I did not know what to do at the time other than that. I would also like to add that during this I was not in an IC situation or in uniform.
I apologize for any wrongdoings that the curators believe I have done. I have only ever tried to act in the best interest of SAHP as deputy for Mash. I never at all tried to do anything to put the organization at risk, and I have dedicated myself to helping Mash and making SAHP an amazing and loved organization that people want to be in. I hope that you can understand where I am coming from and forgive me and give me another chance to be deputy.
