This situation as shown in the POV is beyond all reasonable RP. Many rules are being broken and some FIB members showed a very poor standard of RP. DOC is part of a Government facility and they have all the rights to ask for ID, correct mistakes and detain people that are showing corruption. FIB certainly does not have the right to uncuff people that are detained, no matter HC presence or not. They should wait for HC to arrive and then let them deal with the situation.

This bad RP will be punished with the following punishments:

ID 22078 will receive punishment for: FL in RP x2, GR3.1 (in FL), GR3.2 (in FL), Corruption without bio, Mixing, RfS 1.1, RfS 1.8, RfS 1.10 -> This ID will receive a State Blacklist without end date and can be unblacklisted by not breaking rules for a month.

ID 47579 will receive punishment for: FailRP (Cuffing without RP reason), Corruption without bio (uncuffing in RP) x3, Corruption without bio (Killing State employee) x2, GZ1.1 x2. This ID will receive a State Blacklist for 30 days.

ID 146965 will receive punishment for: FailRP (Cuffing without RP reason), Corruption without bio (uncuffing in RP). This ID will receive a State Blacklist for 14 days.

ID 51511 will receive punishment for: Corruption without bio (uncuffing in RP)

As a result of this situation FIB will receive a full warning for their agents doing mass rulebreaks.
