2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- Firstly, I know it has not been so long since I started playing Grand RP but in the I have spent in this city I have learned a lot, I learned that this city is heavily dominated by the cops and legal organisations and the gangs are always out numbered by the state, I will run my gang in a way that strikes fear across the entire state.
- Secondly, I have seen that it is a moment of great joy for the gang leader and members when the gang gets 100% turf and that is what I will aiming for, so the terror of Vagos will not be only for the government but also other gangs who compete with us, I will make sure to dominate every event including ghetto with maximum numbers and do great activity in the city.
- Lastly, I will personally make sure I attend every event that I possibly can or the ones I cannot I will supervise them and lead the gang even in my absence, In the moments I will not be available I will make sure to give deputy to those trustworthy and experienced people who can cover the events at the time I will not be available to make sure that my gang has a leader on whom they can depend instead of scattering which can lead to us losing events.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Situations like store robberies and hostage situations demands a high level of roleplay which should be maintained from both sides so it is a pleasant experience for everyone due to which I will make sure to shadow all the situations like these and even ghetto robberies lead to a lot of rule breaks due to gangs hiring new people in the gangs, I will make this mistake will not be done in my leadership and only those who know the rules will be hired to make sure the gang runs smooth.
