  1. Dear Admins, I am writing to respectfully request an unban for my account, ID number 77642, which was banned for violating G.R. 1.9 – Tax Evasion. The reason for the ban was that I purchased an apartment from my friend at state value, without realizing that it should have been bought at market value. I sincerely apologize for this mistake. It was not done with any intention to break the rules or avoid taxes — I was genuinely unaware of this regulation. This is the first time something like this has happened, and I assure you it will never happen again. I have learned from this experience and will be more careful with all future transactions in compliance with the server rules. I kindly request you to please give me one chance to correct my mistake and continue enjoying the Grand RP experience.
