2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
(1) When I first came in the city, The Families was the first gang where I became high command, and it felt like home to me. I had some of my most memorable and enjoyable moments there, and it’s always been my dream to one day lead this organization.
(2) I want to make families active in city with day to day activities with perfect roleplay in city and make the green gang dominate in city with leos and other gang.
(3)I would like to get leader because i know all the ghetto rules and i feel like if i was leader I could ensure fun within the gang while making sure all the gang members following rules and familiar with the ghetto rules and punishment of rule break.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will improve roleplay in the gang by creating a positive and organized environment for all members. We'll only recruit players who understand the rules well, and we'll make sure there are no conflicts between members. Our goal is to train them properly in events like highway robberies, store robberies, and others, so they can confidently lead in the future without breaking any rules.
Active and dedicated members will be given the opportunity to lead events, and we’ll also reward those who consistently contribute to the gang’s success. This will help keep everyone motivated and involved
