Rejected GR 6.10 + Doxing | 189397

I am writing this forum post to raise a serious concern regarding player 189397. This player has been creating and circulating insulting videos about me without any valid reason and has also sent these videos to the co-leader of my family. He often presents himself as a defender of his family members, but his actions suggest otherwise.

I would like to highlight the following key issues:

1. Violation of GR 6.10: He is taking in-character (IC) situations and turning them into out-of-character (OOC) harassment — for example, insulting me in Discord chats based on IC interactions. This is a clear violation of server rules.
2. Toxic Behavior: He is sharing a clip where one of his family members is abusing me, and in that same clip, my real-life wife is being involved. This reflects an extremely toxic mindset and a complete lack of respect for fellow players.
3. Repeated Harassment: He has created multiple insulting and provoking videos targeting me without justification. You will find evidence of this in the attached POV.
4. Doxxing: He is using my real photograph in these videos, which qualifies as doxxing — a serious violation of both server policy and personal privacy.
5. Unauthorized Use of Personal Image: He has used my real picture without my consent and incorporated it into degrading and offensive videos.

I respectfully request senior admin intervention and strict action against this player for violating the community's trust and basic decency. His behavior shows a complete disregard for the rules and for the dignity of others.

Additionally, I am in contact with the legal authorities in my country, as the unauthorized use of my personal image in insulting content is a serious offense under our cybercrime laws. I intend to ensure this matter does not go unnoticed by the appropriate authorities.

First Thing they are promoting their office in their discord server which is against the rules + he is guessing my ID by my server profile in different servers of grand rp also doxing is when we reveal someone ooc information in ic but this whole situation was ooc then how it was Doxing
