So in 0.13-0.23 You can see that he was shooting to a civilian and one of our guy and killed both so in order to save my mate rob that guy i killed that guy but when he died and we went to him to rob he said It is an ooc event you cant rob me here it is rp factory event (from2.26) He said that you cant rob me here it is an ooc event. And i explained him that it wasnt rp factory place plus killing us isnt an ooc event so i called people there and i patched him up to rob him
But, instead of complying he said call a friend i called a friend for fear rp and ganesh came and he said that he didnt shoot anyone first than he said they shot at me first but you can see that he is the one who started gun fight (0.12) which proves that it is deceiving admins. So basically he lied to Ganesh Gaitonde (You can ask to him as well) which is deceiving an admin

Ok, 371980, here’s the situation. Me and my family member drove out of the RP factory event and his car glitched, we both went under the road and respawned in front of Bunta HQ. I respawned inside the car, but my family member respawned right in front of Bunta members while they were shooting at him. Since he’s my fam member, it’s my responsibility to save him.

During this, my fam member managed to run away but I got killed by the Buntas. I don’t have any issue with that, but I called admin for the robbing part because I just drove out of the event and got dragged into the fight due to a network bug caused by my fam member’s driving glitch.

About the “deceiving” part where did I ever say I never shot you? Also, after this, Ganesh Gaitonde told us to continue RP, and I complied. I gave you the gun and you robbed my money. During this, I had a power cut, but you guys were already done with the robbing part.

Also, the POV owner was not fully present during the situation. He came in halfway and is now twisting things. He is the one deceiving the admins now.

Your gang member was shooting at my family member, and in retaliation, I started shooting. It’s my duty to protect my family. You weren’t even there during the situation; you came after it happened. Also, you’re not the only one in the gang, there are other members involved too. This is my side of the story, let the admin decide.

After carefully looking into the matter
POV does not show how the fight initiated, but it is clearly seen that ID 371980 was shooting.
For ID 371980 if someone else is breaking rules , does not mean you can break rules too.
Since you started shooting you cannot be saved by ER 1.2
As for the RP , ID 371980 did comply and was robbed by Marabunta members.
This is where the case closes.
This is not deceiving Admins this is just a confusion which was cleared.
From next time Don't break rules if someone else is breaking them too.​
