i picked a statue and i was going to pick another one but this guy id 194312 VDM me so that i couldnt pick it up.you can clearly see in pov that he sees me that i picked statue so he followed me and just intentially VDM me which is rule break isnt?. Please take a look in pov and take decision according to rule.Thank you for your time

I have no intention of meddling in your business. There is no footage of him following to hit it, no verbal argument between them, no elements that would have caused the car to hit him. The person probably hit him unintentionally.
