Many people hesitate to fully engage in RolePlay due to fear of judgment. Leaders should encourage a judgment-free space where everyone feels comfortable making mistakes and learning from them. Positive feedback and constructive suggestions should be the norm Tailor RolePlay scenarios to reflect real-life situations members of the organization might face. This increases engagement and ensures that the practice directly improves performance. Including diverse scenarios also helps participants think on their feet and build adaptability.
