Firstly, I don’t understand how this situation falls under GR3.1 and GR3.2. In the video, it’s evident that a demand was being made towards you, which indicates that a situation was already going on. Additionally, it’s clear that you were the first to use the word madarchod.
If you're applying GR3.1 to the use of that term, then by your own logic, you were the one who violated GR3.1 at first. Also, why is the POV clip only 41 seconds long? Why not share the full POV, including what happened before and after the incident.
