2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 Position of chief will give me a chance to prove my abilities and skills to ensure the growth of organization and spending my good quality time in EMS as the deputy chief made me realise to contribute myself as the Chief and make the EMS more good and better for the experience of everyone in the city. Also my past knowledge in city in state and as well as in crime organizations will lead towards a great plans and activities to encourage more people to spend and contribute their time in EMS to influence and grow organization in professional and peaceful nature.
2.2 Since the 9 months i have been connected to EMS and its the only great reason which made me realise to become the chief of the EMS and contribution in other organizations has given me a perfect and great plans to execute in upcoming times for making the EMS more better
2.3 Apart of my plans the knowledge i will be sharing to employees will leave an really well impact on the EMS employees which may lead towards the good quality growth of EMS and influence more citizens to come and contribute thier valueable time in Organization.
2.4 My main agenta to run the leadership will be to managing the Loop holes in the internal organizations and make it more better place for everyone as i have been observing this since many terms and under great leaderships will help me to make a good decision and perfect changes which may provide good impact for upcoming leaders as well
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Appointment of meetings with other organisations and operating certain operations like state inspection health checkups for state organisations to examine and analise their health.
3.2 Having great experienced and knowledgable people in my deputy and highcommand team to manage the organization in quality and proper manner
3.3 Conducting health care days in city with governor to lead and good Roleplay impact on everyone which will encourage new people to come and join the organisation
3.4 Weekly targets for internal Department to maintain the good activity in organization
3.5 Never having favouratisim and toxicity in organization always will be maintaining a friendly and professonal nature
3.6 Meetings with highcommand to examine the weekly activity of organizationand discussion of plans for the improvment of the organization
