2.1 Help new guys. Not everyone great at RP right away. Doesnt take much hop in VC talk it through, show em how to keep it real and true.
2.2 I know how to talk to people so I can tell whats true or not. In that way people can understand their wrong or bad sides. This also improves the RP.
