Its Not A Event Wizard,So Its Not Mandatory To Have The Whole Situation POV And Some Situations Start Randomly And For Everyone Its Not Possible To Make POV For 24Hrs.And Its Is Clearly Seen In The POV That Guy With Id:210896 Did Ooc Insult.Just Forget Everything Forget RDM Its Clearly Seen In POV That Guy DID OOC Insult.At Least He Must Get Punished For That.If That Guy Have Any Problem He Also Have Uploaded His POV...But Atleast That Guy Must Get Punished For GR 3.1 And GR 3.2 Rather Than Anything
