yes, I do powergaming on the forum opened to me, but the person does not save all the layers while recording. Turkish admins can review this form. In the 2nd minute of the forum video opened to me, the person is talking through a platform, but he does not save this layer, so I want him to be punished because in the 2nd minute, he says do not finish me, you will violate the rules. It is very obvious that the person said this to his friends, but since he did not save all the layers, it is not noticed. I want the person to be punished as well.

As per the latest update on the rules if you read it you will see Gen 6.17/capturing overlays has been removed!
