Summary Of Problem :-
This guy was committing an ATM robbery, and during each robbery, he killed me and the other LEOs as well. He was alone but managed to take everyone down, so we suspect that he might be using some kind of cheat. I am provide the timeline of my POV

First ATM robbery :-

• 0:28(POV time) - 7:26 (IC Time) :- I hit him with 5 heavy shotgun bullets, and each bullet dealt 39 damage (from my side). Other players also possibly dealt damage to him.

Second ATM robbery :-

• 8:04(POV time) - 7:33(IC time) :- Is again same guy killing me like Cheater and That guy dealt damage (200) to me. in Few second
