I finished playing the game and went offline, after a while when I opened the game again, suddenly it said IP Ban. I don't know why this happened. My request to the honorable admin sir, please check my PC and unban it and give me the opportunity to play again. I don't understand one thing at all. My Date of blocking: 11.05.2025 is showing but I played the game on 06.07.2025 today. My Twink Id has also been banned for the same reason.

I have houses in both my IDs and payment is pending. Battlepass is running and it is getting lost. Also Prime platinum is active. Please verify as soon as possible and free me from this problem.
