So , we were at acc and and I accidently fell into the water. I didnt shoot them in water but when I fell this guy shot me.

Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Deny this report.
Not an example of ER 1.21.

ER 1.21: During aircraft carrier event, LEOs are not allowed to shoot others while they are in a water. They should let them get on a carrier.
FYI: The rule states LEOs cannot shoot at the water because the families need to depend on water transport to reach there.​
