I am requesting money wipe for removing of my ban. I learned that buying something under it's state value is also tax evading.

Suggestion: In the server rules, specify that buying something under it's state value is also tax evading. Even if i've read that rule before and keep that in mind, i didn't know that buying something under the state value is probihited. I only thought that i can't sell it for a cheap price than i am supposed to, then taking the money afterwards. Explain the rules detailed.
