2. What are your reasons to be the leader of this particular organization?
1.Great Interest at becoming Leader
I desire to be a leader that does more than command, but that listens, remains calm in critical situations and has the well-being of people as the priority.
In EMS a duty to save people and be fast in reaction is something I do not take lightly.
2. Want to see EMS Work Better
I understand that EMS, already does a good work to the city but I am sure that we could do things better. In the event that I have an opportunity, I would aim at ensuring that our team is more fast and smooth. I have a desire to assist us to increase our response time, ensure our medical equipment is well maintained, and we communicate well with other departments. I am trying to ensure that EMS is well prepared to deal with any emergency in an ideal manner at all times.
3.Self-confident as a team leader and teammate
I have been in various teams and I understand the value of team work. I think that a leader is supposed to do everything with respect to the team, listen to all and ensure that each member feels special. I will strive to ensure the most conducive environment with a happy and motivated group of employees where no one is ashamed to give his or her best.
3. What you would recommend should be done to enhance the RolePlay level within the organization:
Training and new member support Activities The letter program requires active training and new member support activities. This means that there should be constant training and support of the new members by the existing members of the letter program.
I desire to provide new members with adequate active training and actual situations and instructions. This will enable them to learn quicker, feel much secure and comprehend the functioning of EMS in RP.
Team Inspiration and Team Awareness
I will strive to ensure that the team is well motivated and positive. I also wish that everyone should know how to perform proper RP, particularly in serious scenes so that they will give their best.
HC (High Command) Meetings (once Per Week)
To tackle the given problem, I will create weekly HC meetings, during which I would discuss the progress and resolve any minor problems if any, or plan the improvements of EMS. The contribution of everyone will be valued to ensure that we develop as a team.
It is always a professional thing
I am of opinion that EMS should engage in respectful conduct both inside and outside RP. I will ensure that our members practice good standards doing communication with their patients and other departments.
One of the things that I will do as a leader in this Organisation is to ensure that this Organisation develops. I am willing to put everything in my work, and in collaboration, we should be able to improve EMS even more.
