I will add some interesting cars to make this gang look horrible. Also I have plan to give everyone good bonus for clands and Graffiti. Also I want to break the past the old reocrd of all ex leaders.

I would give rankups and money to active members, and I would encourage other members to work hard and work harder. Before entering the organization, I would have to examine the members who want to enter the basic rules. I think that it will help me to have no problems and therefore the rp will be better. Why Do You Want to Be the Leader of Vagos?
When I arrived in the city for the first time, the very first gang I ever joined was Vagos. At the time, I was new and didn't have the opportunity to establish myself. I've since been a member of several other gangs, rising through the ranks and learning what real gang leadership is. Now all that experience is which i having, I think I'm ready to go back where it all started — and this time, lead from the front.

My time in the criminal lifestyle taught me plenty. I've been Deputy and High Command in several top gangs such as Ballas, Bloods, Families and Marabunta. I've learned what does work, what doesn't, and how to have a gang be unified and feared simultaneously. Vagos isn't some other gang to me — it's the one that paved my way. That’s why I’m determined to make this term the most active, disciplined, and respected era in Vagos history.

I’m not here just to complete weekly tasks. I’m here to build something real — a strong team, a solid RP culture, and a reputation that puts Vagos at the top of every gang list. Recruitment will be done through interviews to ensure quality RP. I’ll personally guide new members on rules and expectations, so they don’t just play the role — they live it.

Why Do You Want to Be the Leader of Vagos?
1. I have usually been in Legal everytime and being honest Legal is my First preference everytime but at start of my RP life . Firstly I joined Gang but being in gang at start of my career I usually thought that Gangs does not have sufficient Role Play standard compared to Legal Org's . But As i started gaining experience I got to know that there are varied ways to do RP in gangs and maintain the standard of Roleplay level in Gangs .

2. Been leader of 2 different legal Org's and deputy of illegal org's I have enough experience of leading Organizations and enough experience of both legal and illegal which will help me out in different situations . Specially at Hostage situation while doing negotiation . Also Now a days gangs are not up to the mark I will make sure I take my gang upto the mark .

3. My First Gang of my career was Vagos when I worked in it . I really enjoyed . Doing Stores , Gun Stores and clapping LEO's having fun in ghetto and clapping everyone . There are so many ways to have fun and do RP in Illegal Org's . I am now experienced in Illegal and wanna try to experience leadership of Gang .

Your advice for improving RolePlay in the organization.,​

3.1 My very First Priority will be making gangs most active in entire city . I will hire very experienced deputies who can handle everything in my absence . I will also try to be active most of the time and leading my boys in every event .


3.2 Hiring will be highly professional and those who have legit experience and ground knowledge will receive Higher ranks . As ranks will be given according to evaluation of his knowledge . So that they can give training to Newbies and Org can run smoothly without any warn .

3.3 I will do maximum Store Robbery , Gun Store Robbery , FZ Raids , Clands , Battleship Specially Night Events like SUBS , Informant, Car Theft , as well as hostage situation and Highway Robbery . Also I will make sure that Me and Boys will engage in proper RP while attending and doing all this events .

3.4 I Have So many friends in city who will help me to make org active and they will help me out to distribute the good amount of bonus for appreciating my boys for their Hard work and good RP .
