(1). Defined Structure & Role-Based Responsibility: Ranks will have clear responsibilities such as FTO, ARO, and Critical Care paramedics giving members a path to grow and contribute within the org.
(2). As i have faced many difficulties when i was unconsious ingame there is lack of GS services and it will try to have the GS calls service 24/7.
(3). I have led many Terms as an deputy and i have the skills to lead an org so i will try my best to server the City
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
No bias in promotions! Purely based on effort + activity.
Bonus for employees and HC's will be weekly as usual. Extra bonus will be given by extra efforts like holding lobby in rush or employee crisis situation.
