Leader Of Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
It was my first organization to join in since I was born in the city at the age of 5 and as a doctor I always wanted to be leader of EMS and lead it to make sure its always on top. And I have been honored to be a high command of EMS which ran successfully. I have encountered with all the situations with no issues. Will make sure the chain of command is being followed by all the employees.
However, I want to become an EMS leader because I aim to ensure that people become more sustainable and grow within the organization. I want to grow EMS like never before, the people who are already inside the EMS organization and new members who want to join EMS. EMS is not just an organization, but its's an important organization that provides service, roleplay integrity, and team unity.
I will make sure my entire HC team is composed of excellent well deserved employees who will give their time and efforts to support me and my term, I will make sure no one is directed by favoritism in the entire organization. Will make sure the work ethics and the code of conduct is followed by all the employees to make sure the organization runs smoothly.
Your recommendations for enchancing RolePlay level in the company.
I will take care all the lobbies should be covered and atleast 2 units on calls. We will try to attend as much as scripted and unscripted Events. And also try to take do some events form our side to improve our roleplay with the help of our team we can also try to do surgery as much as we could.
There will always be dedicated High Command to handle roleplay situations well and encourage cooperation between organizations in cases like hostage situations or urban crises. I will make sure that there is always someone in charge by rotating HC tasks between the day shift and the night shift. I will also make sure that on-duty and off-duty relationship are professional to improve the overall quality of roleplay.
I try to improve our backbone which is our FTO department because I show form few terms that is very less units in fto department. And we know that fto is only department which can improve the roleplay and I will discuss with our team some point which can improve our Ambulance service roleplay. So it can provide the training to freshers which are joining Ambulance Services (AS). And implement it to there routine.
