2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans: 2.1 EMS is one of the best org and it's a Org which Deals with Each and Every Citizen by curing them from Diseases, Keeping them always Healthy so It Requires a Leader who have Dedication to serve org in that way that There are almost zero Complaints from Citizens and even from other Legal orgs I have been seeing that Previous Terms were Really Working Good But I know that if i become leader i can Improve it in Many Different ways.

2.2 If i Become Chief Of EMS i will surely Make sure that No one Break any rules i will Make a DCHR who will Monitor all Employees in org Do Time to Time Routine Check With Help DCHR will also Manage The Promotions Of Employees each week and There will be Specific Day in a Week When promotion ceremonies will Held and Deserving Employees Will Get Promoted By Myself Personally and I Personally will also Give Them Daily Bonuses ,And The Employees Who have done Unbelievable Work for EMS will get Promotion + Employee of Week and Even a Unique Reward From The Chief.

2.3 I will Make a Team Of High Command who are Experienced and able to Deal with Each of Employees Problems and Give them Instant Solution i will Stop Spread of Toxicity and Increase Communication between Employees and Make Sure Everyone Get Equal chances To Prove Themselves. i will create 4 main Divisions AS, MD, Labs and Training (HR) to manage the EMS properly

3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
Ans:
3.1 I will pay close attention to the AS Department when someone asks for an ambulance to ensure that the medical staff responds quickly and pays attention to their needs.

3.2 I'll assign FTO, DOT, HOT, and DCOT to those who can handle it. I will also make sure that staff members receive the greatest training available to help them learn as much as possible about EMS and to avoid mistakes in role-playing scenarios.

3.3 To ensure that lobbies are staffed and that residents don't experience any issues at night, I'll also hire people for the night shift and create a dedicated team for night lobbies.

3.4 The promotion can only be given to those who have been working hard for an organization or who truly deserve it

3.5 During my term, there will be no favoritism or misuse of power.

3.6 up order to maintain the high quality of roleplay, I'll make sure that each log is properly filled up.


3.7 I will start to Appointing meetings with different organizations like SAHP/LSPD/FIB/GOV/NG for maintaining high and professional activity in organization.

My Departments

Medical Department ( MD )- The MD Department will concentrate on engaging with people. ensuring that the hospital is covered 24/7 and they would focus on providing mental health support to patients.

Labs- The Labs Department will focus on developing medicines in the Medical Laboratory.

Ambulance Service ( AS ) - AS will focus on air rescue operations over long distances and also it is specifically designed to handle calls related to ground services.

Training Department (FTO) - They will focus on training employees and improving role-play activities. After training, they should monitor the trainees to ensure they are performing well.
