Dear Chief Admins,
I got banned for ER 1.7, but I did provide my POV of the event.
Yes, I accept the punishment and I deeply regret what happened. I already explained my side to the Senior Unofficial Curator, and he said “it will be looked into.” later after getting punished i told him he said unoff will be removed you can appeal in forum
I also asked to lock the forum so Unofficial Curators could review it — because I truly believe this was an abuse of ER 1.7.
The ERROR family used this rule to target my family unfairly, and they’ve done this with many rising families before.
ER 1.7 says to record and store POV for 48 hours, which I did. Nowhere does it say we must record extra time beyond the event — especially when the delay was caused by someone from ERROR Family hiding unfairly.(POV) I followed the rule as it’s written.
Now about the POV request: I killed the player face to face, he saw my ID, no sync issue, nothing suspicious — yet Admin Shisui UchihaXx still requested POV. And I wasn’t even aware that POV requests can be made just to check for cheats. I always thought that if there’s any real suspicion, admins go for a PC check — because cheaters can also avoid reveling there cheats in recording or reveal cheats by unloading POVs.
If there was any doubt about me cheating, I would’ve joined a PC check instantly ASAP when admin asked and shown everything. I just became unofficial 3 days ago — I know the rules and I truly respect this project.
Now the missing part:
I use Medal Instant Replay (10 min) on a low-end PC (I don’t have the privilege of using a decent gaming PC — I make do with what I have). After 9+ mins in the event, I pressed the hotkey and saved the first clip successfully. Then I finished the event, pressed the save key again, and rushed to the washroom (Because i was holding pee during the event it happen because there member was hiding in the inaccessible roof and made the event longer then usual).
But when I returned, I saw Medal failed to save the second clip — my storage was full. If I had seen the disk full message on time, I wouldent be able to do anything, I realize my mistake of not checking diskspace before saving pov ,
Let’s be honest — most players don’t check drive space before saving Instant Replay. It was a one-time mistake from my side. I’ll be more careful in future. - and belive me i will remember this incident rest of my life and i will share with other to create awarness regarding this ! could happen with anyone
I had no bad intention. I had the POV. I’m telling the full truth.
Please consider giving me and my family a second chance. We just became Unofficial, and this ban impacted 200+ members because of a technical mistake that wasn’t even fully in my control.
