2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- I would like to be Leader of EMS as for me this org is One of Important org here!
- I seen how much Stuff Leader needs go through I would like to be part of this support what EMS stands for Hard work and deducation to insure we providing most of what we can no any favoring ranks I been in EMS 4 or 5 terms i worked from Fresher to COS with hard work and I was Deputy for 3 weeks together with Teddy we Made the term work we did everything in our power to make sure EMS would Last And we made it for those 3 weeks!
- More of it is I would try make EMS proper work place good salary welcoming staff and most of all try guide new begginers through!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Per my view every term have been hard for every Leader but if you got people who you lay on with you and helping you out there is easier stress for you and that i could provide the trust in my employees and 1 of main things to improve roleplay would be make recruitments only for Lab tech department to make sure Hospitals is covered and other Orgs ar covered for Medkits and make sure in any situation there would be EMS personal to assist other orgs as well! Can i promise that 100% its gonna be everything ok? So no but i will try and i make sure I will do my best to help staff as much as i can!
