2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 I've been working in for 8 term in EMS in which 5 terms I was a high command and 1 was a deputy I think iam now eligible to work as a EMS chief. I have gained enough knowledge to help the city and make the EMS THE Best organization.
2.2 My favorite Department is always the fto department because Its the main department to make the organization best like if a HC hire a fresher we have to take of them of there training so they can also progress, at first I became DOT ( Dean of training ) I handled many situations not as a HC but as an employee .
2.3 If I get this dream my focus will not get warning by always get lobbies covered, everyone will respect the chain of command and I'll provide the rewards to them of their efforts. There will be no favoritism in my term all will be equal and all will give their best.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 My advice to improve roleplay is by doing surgeries, MRI and doing Blood donation campaign at capital , do daily Checkups in Every organization
3.2 Go to DOC And Check That Inmates are well or not , Important is scripted event like ACC , Bank , Subs , Fz , etc and
Unscripted is Store Robbery Hacker Attack Hostage some events which many people don't that Open Recruitment Checkpoint are also Unscripted Events so we can attend them and improve the roleplay .
3.3 Talking about Promotion Ceremony we can do proper roleplay in that because every single one of them is available there and i will organize this every week
