Hey Mohamed,
I just wanted to say sorry for whatever happened that led to the blacklist. I understand that I made a mistake, and I respect your decision. I’d appreciate a second chance if possible, and I’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again. No hard feelings either way. It's been 7 months.

My PC is being repaired, so I won't be able to provide the ban screenshot, but you can check the logs. Also, I can't change my password in-game bc my account is banned.
