Leader of National Guard.
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
(i)when I first arrived in the city. I joined numerous state organizations, including SAHP, LSPD, , NG, and GOV. By creating a lot of difficulties, I developed a lot of leo experience. I was given a lot of responsibilities when I was promoted to High Command, and I completed them quickly. Many of the leaders I work with inspire me to lead an organization. I believe I am qualified to be a General of the National Guard after gaining experience in all state organizations.
(ii) Every organization makes mistakes that lead to a variety of issues, such as inactivity, disputes amongst members, and more. I have a lot of ideas to increase the National Guard's activity compared to other organizations. I'll make an effort to resolve issues that my organization's members have caused. I'll make an effort to engage every department within my company. There will be more units than other organizations at every event.
(iii) In order for my units to be proud to wear National Guard uniforms, I want to inspire them. I've observed that the majority of executives in organizations engage in favoritism, which is a grave error on their part. Favoritism of any kind will not be encouraged by me. Hardworking units will receive promotions from me. In an illegal group, I shall attempt to instill dread of the National Guard. Those who lead with bravery, stand with honor, and never give up will win.
(iv) I don't know I'm just praising my self but I'll every time I see a newbie who is active and doing work if he do a fault I always give him a chance because you know leadership is not for giving order leader have a good heart it's good for the term as per now already told I want everyone to come don't stay behind I know I was bullied by everyone.That's the point I want everyone to do . I give you advice just do RP Ignore Bad guys who are provoking You Respect everyone.
Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
(I) I will Make Sure there is no Favouritism in My Term
(ii) I want everyone get the rank they deserved
(iii) Ill make a good bonus system so everyone will have fun to do the work and serve The NG
(iv) I'll make A best Hr team , Who is available for the citizens who want to serve the NG
(v) I'll doing weakly promotion ceremony as per I want everyone to go above and show there hard work in RP
(vi) I'll hire best deputies if I'm unavailable anytime they can handle the NG easily
(Vii) Gates covered 24/7
(viii) Last but not least if I'll be NG leader I'll make sure my Term End with the professionalism without warning or verbal
Punishment System:
Verbal Warning 1: For small mistakes or minor offences.
Verbal Warning 2: If the same mistake happens again.
Strike 1: For bigger issues. This could lead to a demotion.
Strike 2: For serious problems. This could lead to suspension.
Strike 3: For the most serious offences. This could lead to termination.
DEPARTMENTS UNDER MY TERM-
(SOF) Special operation force for providing candy run to legal orgs, conducting ghetto patrol and respond to events like ACC, bank protection, black market raid, gang raid etc
(MP) Militry police for conducting checkup including soliders background check medical insurance and weapon licence validity
(RATF) Rapid action task force for quick response on global situations like store robbery, prison break etc
(HR) Human resource for taking interviews of citizen and after hiring gives training
(AF) Air force for doing air patrolling around the base and provide air support while candy run
