Life Story:
Yusuf was born to a Turkish family in a ghetto neighbourhood in Los Santos, he learned to drive very well, helicopter, drone and good aim to escape from the gangs where there were many gang members, although the police came from time to time, but there were no police in this neighbourhood, he was always very good. He was a very good fighter, but when his own gang betrayed him, he opened a life where he could be both gang and police and used these features, but he never betrayed his friends, but if he betrayed someone, he would be very angry with him.
Career Story:
Yusuf's life was very turbulent, he was betrayed and betrayed many times, but at the end of the job, he entered one of the gangs, but with the dissolution of the gang, he became a policeman, but the fact that his friends were in the gang was a great advantage for him. In the end, Yusuf knew: whether SAHP or the gang he was always the one in control.

2-Yusuf can engage in any criminal activities/break state laws while on or off duty.
