Hi Admin,

I was out collecting resources using the scanner while driving (as usual), and suddenly I was jailed for “UB Driving” by Uday Cartel. I'm a bit confused—how exactly am I supposed to collect resources otherwise? On foot?

If there's been a rule change or something I missed, please let me know. But if this is a misunderstanding, I’d appreciate it if you could review it and let me know how to avoid getting jailed for simply gathering materials.

Collect with vehicle that is ready for that terrain and drive slowly / normal
