During RP Factory Event at least one of Carnage players was using heavy sinper againts our family

it can be clearly heard in my POV.

As far as i know using such of weapons in RP Event is considerable as bugabuse, and i hope person using it 100% aware that its forbidden will get maximum possible punishment.

I left the game for a while it wasn't forbidden to use it then and when I started the game again I didn't know it was forbidden and I didn't hit anyone anyway
