Dear Sir,
I hope you are well.
I am writing this message with a heavy heart to appeal the permanent ban placed on my account, reportedly due to my association with an unauthorized Discord server. This action followed a screen-sharing session with Mr. Raiky_Broddy, during which a server in my Discord list was flagged as being in violation of community guidelines.
Sir, I want to state from the deepest part of my heart — I was completely unaware that the server in question was unauthorized. I never participated in any rule-breaking activities, nor did I ever intend to harm or disrespect the Grand RP community. This server had no significance to me beyond casual presence, and I truly didn’t understand that it could result in such a life-altering punishment.
Grand RP has been more than just a game to me. It has been my second home, a place where I found purpose, joy, and a sense of belonging. As an in-game police officer, I took my role seriously and always tried to uphold the spirit of fairness and community. The idea of being permanently disconnected from this world — from this family — is genuinely heartbreaking.
I deeply regret this unintended mistake. If I had known even the slightest that the server was not permitted, I would have never joined it. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson, and I assure you with all my sincerity and integrity — I will never repeat such an error again. I will remain more vigilant, more cautious, and more loyal to the rules and values of Grand RP.
I humbly and earnestly request you to reconsider the permanent ban and allow me a second chance — not just to play, but to prove my loyalty, my respect for the community, and my commitment to doing things right. Everyone deserves a chance to learn, to grow, and to come back stronger. I am ready to do that if you give me the opportunity.
Thank you for reading my appeal. I truly hope my words will be taken as a reflection of genuine remorse and the desperate wish to return to a community that means so much to me.
Yours sincerely,
Fahim
