Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?​

1 - I have been an active player in RP servers for a long time i know how to approach in game situations strategicaly stay calm in crisis moments and lead a team effectively i want to use this experience to bring MARABUNTA the best gang in the ghetto. Ghetto clapping is the most important thing of increasing activity of organization because people want to join the term which claps them and Its why I have been an activity gang in Ghetto.

2 - Ill set up in character training events or mock missions these not only build team synergy but also help members react better in high pressure RP scenarios.
I believe I possess the qualities needed to be an effective leader for BUNTA I’m confident in my ability to lead with a balance of friendliness and firmness, ensuring that the members of the organization feel supported, especially in high-pressure situations where staying calm is crucial.

3 - Ill been HC of gangs a lot of times and i have a lot of experience in being HC and i want to make a great term and bring MARABUNTA back in the ghetto and enter every single events. I saw a lot of bad term (Favoritsm, bad rank system etc..) I will be leader of flawless gang.

Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.​

1 - Its important to stay committed to rules and discipline to improve the quality of RP the rules help maintain order within the team and create quality interactions with other players in the city moreover leaders must be fair in every situation.

2 - When i first joined gangs no one helped me i learned everything by my self and i want to teach new players how to do everything and improve their skill level in gangs in this amazing project and in my gang any HC cant be mad everyone need to help each other and we need to stop FAVORITSM

3 - I’ll focus on fostering a strong, friendly, and intelligent organization where everyone has the chance to learn and improve. I plan to introduce more RP events, such as FZ raids and gun store takeovers, while ensuring that all members participate correctly and avoid actions that could lead to trouble
