hes not doing even rp then i stopped the car an try to talk but they were not talking then as you can see they were not talking i start the engine and omw to city they engine block me wtf they dont doing rp

As you can see in your own POV, you were on drugs and driving (DUI) and rammed my car and so the red car while overspeeding
I and my other officer asked you to step out of the vehicle but you didn't. So we blocked your engine

You were given 4 demand using Jammer Radio and 2 verbally. Still you tried to escape.
